“If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.” – Henry Ford

What type of people do you think are making the big bucks today?  Who are the visionaries?  Who are the people living the freedom lifestyle?

It’s the Henry Fords of the world- people that are willing to think outside the box and take a risk.

My latest guest on The Fitnesspreneur’s Life Show podcast, Craig Parravano AKA the Knee Pain Guru, found a problem, actually he fell into a problem in his own life, and he solved it.  Not only that, the problem turned into a 6 figure online business that he can run from anywhere in the world.

Now that’s what I call a Henry Ford, and that’s what I call the freedom lifestyle!

Bill’s brand name is why I approached him.  The name is so precise, speaks exactly to what he does, and focuses on a specialty niche.  Does yours?  If not, it might be time for a change.

It’s always enlightening to encounter someone who knows his shit.  So many people shun the idea of having to market themselves or their businesses.  Bill jumps right in.

No one wants to build a business because of 4 knee dislocations, but, often the best brands and systems are built out of our own journeys and need to fix a problem.

After tearing his ACL and going through therapy, Bill saw a gap between his therapy was and where he wanted to be.

Now, while Bill wasn’t looking for a business opportunity, he found one because he realized that what he was looking for wasn’t readily available to the average Joe. He would need to create it!

In order for Bill to progress physically and do what he wanted to do, he needed to go beyond the structural therapies. Bill saw the need for something and he acted on it.

Here are three valuable lessons direct from The Knee Pain Guru that you can use in your business. Let the personal attention that Bill has developed over eight years be a guide to your future success!

1. Make connections

Bill doesn’t wait for something to come to him, and instead he looks for connections.  He is looking for threads that connect worlds, like fascia does to our tissues.

2. Package your message

Bill saw that not only was this a fertile market to capture, but that the problem wasn’t being discussed in a way that was easily accessible.

Having that first-person experience with knee surgery and its recovery gave Bill the tools to craft his message because he had a personal story and a journey.

He packaged his message in a way that showed he understood his niche market.

3. Be the authority.

By the time a potential client gets to Bill, they've been through a series of automated content, questionnaires, videos, and processes to warm them up and prepare them to know why Bill is the knee pain guru. He backs his content, educates at every step of the funnel, and delivers more value than his competition does in a multiple live sessions.

All of this matters because greater value means greater fees.  Greater fees equate to greater profits- right?

When you listen in to the podcast, pay attention to what he's actually selling.  He has three tiers to his product- all similar, all offer value, and all solve his niche’s problem.

The markets are out there. There are a million difficulties that people live with every single day. Your expertise and experience can help alleviate those problems. I always say that we are health care providers today, and more than that, we are thought leaders who can change this world!

Keep living that Fitnesspreneur’s Life!

Get after it!
